A: No, you don't have to have an std plan. We can visit your site and design something unique based on views, sun and your lifestyle, or modify an std plan.

Q: How much per m2 are your homes?
A: They all vary based on size, complexity and what you have in them. Our std plans start from $1031 m2.

Q: Do you build on sloping sites?
A: Yes we do build on hill sites, depending on how steep they are. We would visit the site to confirm whether it was ok or not.

Q: Is there a Master Build Guarantee?
A: The Master Build Guarantee is now optional.

Q: How long does it take to build a home on average?
A: Our average building time is 4 months.

Q: Is it a fixed price contract?
A: Yes it is a fixed priced contract, the only variables are p.c. sums or if the ground is very soft requiring extra foundation work.You may have none of these in your contract.

Q: When do we pay any money and how much?
A: The first payment is the contract deposit which is 5 % up to a maximum of $20,000.00. This is paid when the contract is signed and at the time of lodging the plans into the council for consent. By this time you will have a fixed price quotation including detailed specifications and a full set of working drawings.
