Introducing Nigel Pugh - Branch Manager

Nigel has been in the construction industry for the last 30 years and has both building and business experience including design, costing, construction and project management. He has completed courses in interiors in architecture and project management at Canterbury university making him the ideal person to talk to when considering building a new home.

Nigel is married to Janine and they have 2 children who attend local schools.

He is strongly involved in community projects particularly in sports where he coaches 10th grade soccer.

Originally from Christchurch he loves the variety of outdoor activities available in the Nelson region and relishes tramping, fishing, skiing and camping.

Introducing Mark Short - Contracts Manager

Mark has enjoyed 30 years in the building industry, specializing in top end architecturally designed homes. Having built several award winning homes Mark knows what it takes to produce a quality home.

As the Contracts Manager for Peter Ray homes, Nelson, Mark's primary role is to liaise with clients and sub trades, ensuring that your home is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Mark's strength is his hands-on experience in the building industry and his ability to visualize the finished product from conception.

Mark has been married for 26 years and he and his wife have 3 children.

When not on the water or tramping the surrounding walks of the Tasman region, you'll find Mark enjoying sport and sipping a great local wine. Mark is an avid reader and enjoys a good novel.
