Peter Ray Homes was established by Peter Duckmanton in 1990. From modest beginnings it has grown into a well known and hugely respected company with a fantastic team of people behind it.

Since we began, we have proudly helped thousands of families achieve their dream of designing and building their own home. Our hugely experienced team provides a friendly, consultative atmosphere where you can discuss your plans and requirements so that we can design a home for you that perfectly fits your needs.

Our staff at Peter Ray Homes work closely as a team with our clients on all build projects that we undertake at our branches in Christchurch, Nelson & Blenheim. Our team have a vast pool of experience across our Sales team, in-house Architectural Design team, Construction team and Administration teams.
