Q: Can we make changes to the plans?
A: Yes. We are completely flexible and will design and build a house that integrates your preferences and reflects your needs. Every house we build is unique.

Q: Is there a Master Build Guarantee?
A: The Master Build Guarantee is now optional.

Q: Are there any hidden or unknown costs during the building process?
A: We offer a fixed price contract after the planning and costing is all done. At this stage no other costs are involved, unless there are any last minute changes or upgrades during the construction process. These are all quoted by PRH and signed off by the client before commencement.

Q: Do we build on hills and undulating sites?
A: We specialize in building on flat sections but are happy to view and evaluate the requirements for each individual site should it require specific engineering requirements.

Q: Do we have to accept the appliances and fittings specified in the standard plan?
A: We are happy to price and provide other fittings outside our standard specifications. We can provide quotes or install your supplied appliances if you choose.

Q: How long will it take to build our house?
A: Construction time depends on the size and complexity of each house. We endeavour to provide an accurate build time on each individual project.

Q: Do we do landscaping and driveways?
A: We are happy to assist with design and organize pricing. We prefer this work is completed at the end of the construction period. We are happy to discuss individual requirements.
